The Anti-Elitist Constitution is more than a book. It is a powerful tool, a launchpad for changing the United States Constitution, and it’s in your hands.

This monumental project will begin in living rooms throughout the nation by people like you who have read the book and are eager to take the next step.

Step One is to sign the petition so I can compile a list of people who support the project and have a way to organize these supporters so that you can be connected in person and online.

Step Two is to spread the word and convince more people to Sign The Petition.

Step Three is to take the first draft of the Anti-Elitist Constitution (AEC) and make cosmetic improvements. Constitutional Law professionals should review it to correct errors and properly organize its Articles and Sections.

Step Four is to make substantive changes to the AEC. Perhaps different versions of the AEC will proliferate and compete for popularity.

Step Five is to create an organization that could convince donors to support a more sustainable effort to lobby Congress to create a Joint Committee for Drafting a New Constitution and serve in an advisory and advocacy capacity to support this effort.

September 17, 2037 is the 250 th Anniversary of our Constitution.

September 18, 2037 should be the start date of our new, Anti-Elitist Constitution.
